We once had a Residential Agent named Marcella Verbarg.  She was an outstanding human being and a fine agent who had very loyal clients who referred her to  friends and family.   Marcella especially enjoyed working with first-time Buyers and those Buyers seemed to be enchanted by Marcella, feeling very comfortable in her care as she guided these Buyers through the Home-Buying Process.    She stayed in touch throughout the entire process, explaining and reassuring, answering questions as they arose.

We once asked Marcella about her skill in handling these first-time Buyers.  She shared with us that her plan for helping these clients was to take care of them as though they were her daughters – treat them like family.  She always tried to give the level of service that she would want her daughters to receive as they purchased homes in other cities.

Actually, we have a Residential Team of 34 Full-Time Agents who are focused on delivering the level of service Marcella wanted her daughters to receive.  We care about the job we do.  Having been in business since 1951, our company has established a reputation for excellence, professionalism and integrity that we work hard to perpetuate and protect.
